Dylan Germana lied about his residency, prompting his resignation, House Majority Leader Jason Osborne called on Democrats to remove the legislator’s father from his leadership post. As reported by NH Journal, Osborne said Deputy Democratic Floor Leader Rep. Nick Germana had publicly repeated false claims to aid a cover-up.

Specifically, this office obtained information indicating that Rep. D. Germana may be residing in an apartment in Dover, N.H.”
